I Feel like blogging again

I just got my first pay check in my frist official job after graduation. It's not much but it is worthy to me.

After We won the competiton at the IBM XML challange in malaysia and got the first runner up in the ASEAN ,We are going to attend Open Jive competition tommorow. Prizes are exciting but sadly we didnt use much of the technologies from Sun but I still have hope to win.

These days are not good days for Iran. The goverment policies to keep the country calm is fully loaded with Hypocrisy. They sacrifice the truth to their evil desires which they think its holy.

Putrajaya firework festival

There was a firework festival here in putra jaya from 18 to 29 august.Malaysia, China, Canada and Spain were competitors this year. just like the last year each of the nights 1 country fired their fireworks but last year i think was more glourious.

week 14

Yeah this is the week 14 for my industrial training and this means It's finished but I'll continue working to gain more experience in MIC.
Today there was a meeting with Google in our university.I was also in the list for this meeting.
We had a friendly talk with two Indian guy one from Google India and one from Google US.
It seems Google want to open up a new branch for southeast Asia so they are evaluating students and universities in these areas. Now, I really get motivated to join Google summer of code next year. It may help if one day I applied for a job in Google (in my dreams)..:)

error in installing DB2 express-c 9.5 on vista

W0w i spent like 5 hours for the installation of DB2 on vista.
i hope nobody is as stupid as me but anyway i write this for people who forgot simple things if you simply download IBM DB2 Express-C on windows vista before installation of db2instance you get this error:

"DB29501E DB2 has detected an inconsistent environment please investigate the following :"DB2INSTANCE:-2029059916"

and even you cant run the db2 command line tools or others which all they retrieve the same error.
If you search through internet you will see this error has so many reasons so but happily in this case answer is easy: you should run the file as administrator by right click on the setup file and that's it now everything is fine.



By the way somebody in the comments asked that she cant see the run as administrator. I am not quite sure about that but i think your vista is not ultimate or business version and you have to change your vista version in order to do programming stuff.

holiday

the week end after the TechEd we decide to go Langkawi island. it was me, my cousin Fabian which he gt pretty bored hanging around and Bahador my friend.
Bad events: fake ticket forr langkawi (105 Rm lost) , fabian looses his mobile
Good events:managing to buy penang ticket at the same night , mobile came back ;)

Tech Ed 2008 Kuala lumpur

luckily I could get a ticket for TechEd 2008 for free from the place i have my internship.
TechEd is a microsoft event for all the computer techies and developers. It wasn't what I expected but it was good enough at least I learnt some useful things.



in this place there were some companies using Microsoft products and also some hand on labs which we could do it in small lab in there

microsoft mamak day

Today is such a boring day I am doing some pages in the website which are very similar to others
few days ago my cousin came here from Germany he is kind of very energetic and this is sad that i cant take him out frequently.

Yesterday we went to an event called Microsoft mamak day it was about S+S which will be maybe useful later on my friend saeed took a picture from us and made it like Microsoft advertisement

There was a talk for entrepreneurship I really hated that because in here its like all the foundation is all for locals and they don't pay any attention to people who even study few years in here.
